Honda Super Cub 110 Gets a Refresh and Introduces a New Variant

JAKARTA - Honda officially refreshed its legendary duck motor line in the Japanese market. The Honda Super Cub 110 is now available with new color choices and new variants, including the Cross Cub 110 Lite which carries an adventurous style with a retro touch.

Launching from Greatbikers, Tuesday, December 23, the launch of the latest Super Cub 110 coincides with the end of production of Honda motorcycles with a 50 cc engine which is scheduled for October 2025. Along with this change, the Super Cub 110 is also adjusted to the basic driver's license regulations in Japan, so that its power output is adjusted.

Honda lowered the maximum power output of the Super Cub 110 to 4.0 kW to comply with the rules for beginner riders. This version was then given the name "Lite" and offered in two options, namely the Super Cub 110 Lite and the Super Cub 110 Pro Lite.

Both variants still maintain the classic design that has become the identity of the Super Cub family. Specifically, the Pro Lite variant, Honda added a basket in the front to support the need to carry goods, so it is more functional for daily use and light business needs.

Not only that, Honda Japan also introduced the Cross Cub 110 Lite as a new variant with a different character. This model carries a retro-adventurous crossover concept, with a machine suit that has been adjusted to the latest regulations.

However, it still emphasizes an aggressive look. The Cross Cub 110 Lite is designed for touring needs to ride light offroad terrain. The distinctive feature of the Cross Cub 110 Lite is seen from the front view which is more tough.

The main lights are separated from the head, framed by iron railings, and flanked by a pair of turn signals on the left and right, emphasizing the impression of an adventurous motorcycle in a classic design.
