The Modifier from various parts of Indonesia packed the peak of the Honda Modif Contest (HMC) 2025 event which took place at Infantry Battalion 303 SSM Cibuluh, Garut, West Java, last weekend. A total of 81 modified motorcycle works were contested in the final.

Based on the professional jury's assessment, Nur Samsul Alam Hasan Basri came out as the National Champion in the Matic & Cub category through a modification of the Honda Vario 160 MotoGP style. In the Sport category, Moh won the National Champion title. Fakhrudin As'ad thanks to its modification touch on CBR250RR.

Meanwhile, Wory Ransindustrianto succeeded in becoming the National Champion in the Ultimate category through a stunning modification of the Honda Tiger. These national champions are entitled to coaching money and exclusive opportunities to become modifiers in the Honda Dream Ride Project.

General Manager Marketing Planning and Analysis of AHM Andy Wijaya, emphasized that this event is an important space for modifiers to express creativity. His party will continue to provide support to modifiers in the country

"The commitment of AHM in providing space for creativity and expression is expected to inspire the birth of new works that become Indonesia's distinctive modified identity," Andy said in his official statement, quoted Monday, November 17.

Throughout the journey of HMC 2025, the best series of works was chosen through regional series that were present in 9 major cities. Namely, Bandung, Medan, Surabaya, Makassar, Banjarmasin, Pekanbaru, Samarinda, Solo, and Denpasar, before closing in Garut.

All assessments are entrusted to experienced judges. HMC 2025 opens 9 main classes that are competed, as well as presents a new ride called Showcase Arena, where modifiers show off their works as well as participate in competitions in one day.

The contested classes include All Stock & Advance for production motorcycles under 2006, Matic & Cub Stock / Bolt On, Matic & Cub Advance, Matic & Cub Community Touring, Sport Community Touring, All Sport (Naked & Fairing), to Show Off classes for motorcycle productions over 2006.

Champions from each class then returned to the finals to win the National Champion Matic & Cub, National Champion Sport, and National Champion Free For All titles, as well as the opportunity to join the Honda Dream Ride Project.

Not only that, but HMC 2025 also presents a special achievement category that focuses on the exploration of modifications of Matic Honda, such as Honda Scoopy, Honda Style160, Honda PCX160, Honda ADV160, and Honda Vario 160. Other special achievements categories include Best Fun Community, Best Media Pick, and Best Regional Class.
