QJMotor Releases Rhino 900, Motor Adventurer With Three Cylinder Machine And Premium Feature

JAKARTA One of China's largest two-wheeled manufacturers, QJMotor officially introduced their newest adventure-touring motorbike named Rhino 900. The presence of this model marks the serious step of the Chinese manufacturer in expanding its global product line, especially in the middle class adventure motorcycle segment.

Rhino 900 is equipped with a three-cylinder engine with a capacity of about 900 cc which is the center of its performance. Although QJMotor has not announced official details regarding its power and torque, this motor is predicted to be able to present a large power with a smooth engine character suitable for long-distance travel.

Launching from Visordown, Wednesday, November 5, this machine was developed on the same basis as the SRT 900 model, which had already been circulating, but was refined to make it more powerful and efficient.

To support its performance in various terrains, Rhino 900 is equipped with an upside-down front suspension and a rear monoshock that can be arranged as needed.

The braking system uses a double disk on the front and a disk on the back, equipped with two ABS channels to improve driving safety. Fuel tank capacity reaches 24 liters, providing a longer range of travel without refilling frequently.

Modern features are also one of the attractions of Rhino 900. This motorbike is equipped with a quick-shifter, customizable driving mode, a traction control system, and a USB and USB-C charging port.

The combination of this feature makes Rhino 900 not only tough on the off-road field, but also convenient for long-distance touring trips on the highway. For price reference, its predecessor model, SRT 900, is sold in the UK starting from 7,499 pounds, or around Rp150 million.

The price of Rhino 900 is likely to be just above that figure, given the improvements in the engine and the features it carries. Despite offering impressive specifications, QJMotor still faces challenges in expanding its reputation in the global market.

As a relatively new brand in the premium segment, the reliability of the full-sale service and distribution network will be an important factor for potential consumers outside of their main market. With a three-cylindrical engine, complete features, and a typical design of modern adventurer motors, Rhino 900 shows the great ambition of QJMotor to compete with established brands from Japan and Europe.
