JAKARTA The well-known braking system manufacturer from Italy, Brembo, has again made bold steps with the vision of conquering a greener future.

Citing the 2 banhvn page, Thursday, October 23, Brembo recently announced the world's first timesper brake entirely made of 100 percent recycled aluminum. It sounds simple, but it's actually the result of five years of intensive research.

The project, which started in 2020, aims to help companies reduce emissions by 70 percent during the entire product life cycle. This step not only emphasizes Brembo's seriousness in environmental responsibility, but also proves that technology, innovation, and enthusiasm can go hand in hand with sustainability.

Interestingly, Brembo still maintains its distinctive design philosophy that is already known in the automotive world. This recycled aluminum Kaliper still presents a strong and sharp character typical of Brembo, now equipped with a new touch in the form of an aluminum logo.

Brembo will still produce traditional aluminum brakes until its life ends. However, the direction of development is clear that in the future all new generation of products will use recycled materials as a standard.

Brembo CEO, Daniele Schillaci, emphasized that the use of recycled aluminum is not just a technical choice, but a real commitment to sustainable innovation that still guarantees the highest efficiency.

"When I heard it, I immediately thought that these are the ways big brands maintain their passion for continuing to develop, without forgetting the essence of being their identity," he said.
