JAKARTA - Ducati Indonesia officially presents the Panigale V4 S for the Indonesian market after making its global debut in July 2024.
This bike is the highest variant in the Panigale V4 family by displaying several updates ranging from design, technology, ergonomics, and refinement to the aerodynamic and electronic side based on Ducati Corse's division's ability to develop sport bike.
Ducati Indonesia CEO Jimmy Budhijanto said this motorbike provides satisfaction in driving for fans of this brand in the country.
"The seventh generation of Panangale V4 is not only technologically sophisticated and beautiful, but also created to realize the mission of continuing the successful history of Ducati Superbikes by carrying three main values: Gaya, Sophisticated, and Performa," Jimmy said at the launch event in Kebayoran, Jakarta, Saturday, February 8.
Also enlivening the high-performance motorcycle market in Indonesia, what are the advantages and specifications like? Here are the reviews based on VOI monitoring:
Aerodynamic Design
Just like the basic variant, the Panigale V4 S is inspired by the design of Ducati 916, which combines elements of ergonomics and aerodynamics taken from the Desmosedici GP or racing motorbikes used by Ducati on the MotoGP stage.
This manufacturer from Italy designed the Panigale V4 S by taking an aerodynamic approach that is different from before. The motorbike now has a new fairing which is claimed to reduce barriers by 4 percent and provide better protection for its riders.
The double-wings on this front efficiently provide the same downforce as previous models. Then, the more backward fairing design makes it more agile and changes to the mudguard and conveyor in the radiator can increase cooling.
Lighter Weight
Ducati developed the bike with the new light and innovative Front Frame and Ducatihir Symmetrical Swingarm, allowing it to have a fixed exhaust position under the engine.
Then, the latest swingarm also reduces lateral stiffness by 37 percent, thereby increasing traction and driving tastes during acceleration.
The rear wheel is designed lighter by 2.7 kg, thereby increasing energy distribution during acceleration. Meanwhile, the two aluminum wheels on this motorbike weigh only 2.95 kg up front and 4.15 kg behind.

Rich In Features
The Panigale V4 S comes with the Ducati Vehicle Observer (DVO) to improve electronic control by simulating more than 70 sensors. This allows it to have almost predictive controls for maximum performance.
DVO, developed by Ducati Corse in MotoGP, integrates information from IMU to estimate the strength of the ground and the burden of the motorbike in various driving conditions.
The bike has a variety of full electronic controls, including Ducati Track Control DVO, Slide Control, Wheelie Control DVO, Power Launch DVO, Engine Brake Control, and Ducati Quick Shift 2.0 which offer faster gear movement.
The dashboard on this bike is designed to be more than 6.9 inches in size with a ratio of 8:3, so motorists can read technical information in real-time during the day through Optical Bonding.
The new Track display on the dashboard presents parameters such as g-Meter for lateral and longitudinal acceleration, Power&Torque for distributed power and torque, as well as Lean Angle which exhibits tilt angle, Throttle opening, and brake pressure.
High-power machines
Ducati Panigale V4 S is equipped with an engine that has a power of 216 cellphones at 13,500 rpm and a torque of 120 Nm at 11,250 rpm. In addition, this figure can increase to 228 hp thanks to the racing exhaust from Akrapovic.
This one bike has the same alternator and oil pump as the Panigale V4 R, while its gearbox drum shares from Superleggera V4.
Premium Price
Ducati Panigale V4 S has been officially sold in Indonesia at prices ranging from IDR 1 billion Off The Road Jakarta. This model is provided in the choice of the Ducati Red color which is the hallmark of the manufacturer.
