Ducati Ready To Shake India's Market With 14 New Motorcycles This Year

JAKARTA Based on last year's World Population Review (WPR) data, India became the country with the largest population in the world, overtaking China. With a population of more than 1.45 billion people, India is a potential market that is very attractive to many global automotive manufacturers, including Ducati.

The Italian premium motorcycle manufacturer is preparing to expand its portfolio in the Indian market by presenting 14 new motorcycle models by 2025. This strategy is carried out in stages throughout the year, making 2025 an important moment in the Ducati calendar in India.

"The year 2025 will be a fun year for Ducati because we continue to push for boundaries with a new launch which will be a benchmark in the big motorcycle segment," said Managing Director Ducati India Bipul Chandra, as quoted from Rushlane's website, Wednesday, January 8.

Chandra also emphasized Ducati's commitment to providing sophisticated and high-performance motorcycles for the Indian market.

"We are excited to introduce these new models, and with the expansion of the dealer network, we are optimistic that 2025 will be one of the most successful years for Ducati in India," he added.

Various models to be launched include the 7th Generation Panigale V4, 3rd Generation V4 Streetfighters, 2nd Generation Dark Explorer, and DesertX Discovery. Not only that, there are also Multistrate V2, Streetfighter V2 and Panigale V2.

In addition, we will see the launch of five limited edition motorcycles. Among them are Diavel for Bentley, Panigale V2 Final Edition, Panigale V4 Tricolore, Panigale V4 Tricolore Italia, and capillary Rizoma.

If detailed about the launch, there are models that will be presented in the second quarter of 2025, such as the 7th Generation Panigale V4 to the Panigale V2 Final Edition, and the third quarter there are Streetfighter V2 and Panigale V4.
