With Cafe Racer Style, This Electric Motor Is Produced By Only 50 Units And Offers Voice Options

JAKARTA - Electric motorbikes are increasingly in demand by various groups in today's era. In addition to meeting daily needs, environmentally friendly, electric motors also offer attractive designs.

Generally, electric motorcycles have futuristic, concise, and modern designs. However, Metorbike, a German company, presents electric motorcycles in an unusual Cafe Racer style.

This motorbike uses an electric mock frame combined with a Cafe Racer design which is usually found on motorbikes with combustion engines.

Despite carrying the theme Cafe Racer classically, Metorbike also included modern elements on the bike. They pinned a digital instrument cluster with LED lights, as reported by Rideapart on Friday, June 16.

This bike has an open view with an empty center area, except for the middle dynamo which functions as a motorcyclist. Metorbike is very serious about building this bike. They designed a motorcycle seat with hand stitches and displayed low handlebars such as classic racing motorcycles in the 1960s.

In addition to the unique design, Metorbike also provides an artificial sound option for this bike. They offer V6, V8, V10, or conventional motor sound. This is done so that customers do not lose the sensation of quiet electric motor sounds.

This motorbike is equipped with a 2 kW motorbike which produces 9.3 dk of power. With this, this electric motor can reach a maximum speed of 49.5 km/hour.

Metorbike also uses a recycled battery from the automotive industry which is claimed to have a range of up to 60 km. For charging, it takes four hours to use home power sources.

In addition to the choice of recycling batteries, Metorbike also provides additional battery options that can be removed or replaced.

This motorbike is available in an initial series called Founders Edition, with a limited number of only 50 units. The price is 7,749 euros or around Rp126 million. Prices can increase if customers choose various additional options.
