JAKARTA Wuling again presents a new breakthrough in the family vehicle segment through his latest model, Wuling Darion, an MPV medium available in two electrification options: EV (Electric Vehicle) and PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle).
Interestingly, this model is assembled locally at the Wuling factory in Cikarang, West Java, showing Wuling's strong commitment to the development of the national automotive industry.

In terms of price, Wuling offers Darion EV starting at IDR 356 million, while the PHEV variant is priced at IDR 439 million for the first 1,500 buyers. With competitive prices and the latest technology, Darion is one of the most interesting electrification MPVs in its class.

In terms of appearance, the Wuling Darion comes with a modern MPV design with sliding doors that emphasizes futuristic style and a firm line across its body. The pure electric variant looks elegant with the front grip closed typical of electric cars, while the hybrid version carries a large V-shaped polygonal grip that strengthens the strong impression.
For performance, the Darion EV is equipped with an electric motorbike of 150 kW (equivalent to 201 HP) with a torque of 310 Nm which distributes power to the front wheels through the Single Reduction transmission. This force is supported by a Lithium Iron Phosphate battery with a capacity of 69.2 kWh which can cover a distance of up to 540 km (based on the CLTC test).
Meanwhile, the PHEV Darion combines a 1.490 cc gasoline engine Naturally Aspirated Atkinson Cycle with an electric motor of 145 kW (195 HP) and a torque of 230 Nm. Its conventional engine produces 105 HP at 5.800 rpm and a torque of 130 Nm at 4.600' 5.000 rpm. All power is channeled through the Dedicated Hybrid Transmission (DHT) transmission which ensures smooth and efficient power transfer, providing a comfortable and environmentally friendly driving experience.
