JAKARTA Geely Auto Indonesia presents software updates for all Geely EX5 owners in the country. Through this update, the electric SUV now offers a more modern driving experience.
This electric car is claimed to have increased in three main aspects, namely the more optimal integration of the Apple CarPlay, the improvement of the low-speed sound warning system (AVAS), and wider language support.
This update is part of Geely's global upgrade program for the EX5 line which has been rolling since mid-August 2025. This step confirms Geely's commitment to providing technology-based smart mobility that continues to grow according to user needs in various countries, including Indonesia.
"These new features are developed based on market insight and direct input from users, so as to increase driving comfort," said Geely Auto Indonesia Brand Director Yusuf Anshori.
"Equipped with advanced technologies such as the ADAS Level 2 as well as the Flyme Auto infotainment system sailing 15.4 inches, Geely EX5 offers a safe and intuitive modern driving experience," he continued in an official statement quoted Friday, October 24.
Through this update, Geely EX5 is now increasingly used in daily activities. Apple CarPlay's integration is now easier with sound control on the steering wheel and one touch activation. As a result, it makes it easier for users to make calls, navigate, and play favorite music from services like Apple Music or Spotify.
