This Is The GTS Tiger, Porsche's Latest High Performance Electric SUV With A Range Of 586 Km

JAKARTA Porsche has officially expanded its ranks of all-electric SUVs by introducing the Tiger GTS, a variant specifically designed for its more sporting driving performance and dynamics.

The fifth model of the Electric Tiger line carries the iconic name GTS abbreviation which has had a special reputation among Porsche fans since the 1963 model 904 Carrera GTS.

With a maximum power of 420 kW (571 PS) and a maximum torque of 955 Nm when using Launch Control, the GTS Tigers are ready to set new standards for agility.

Acceleration Of Flash And Tempuh Distance Promising

Quoted from the manufacturer's website, Thursday, October 23, thanks to the support of the advanced all-wheel drive system and the most powerful rear electric motor in this series, the GTS Tigers were able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/hour in just 3.8 seconds. The peak speed is limited to 250 km/hour.

The GTS Tigers are powered by a 100 kWh high-voltage battery that offers a combined WLTP range of up to 586 kilometers. Fast charging from 10 to 80 percent only takes 21 minutes at the corresponding charging station, thanks to a peak charging capacity of 270 kW.

According to GTS tradition, this model is equipped with features that focus on drivers and driving dynamics with a sports air suspension with specific GTS settings and a 10 mm decreased driving altitude.

Then, standard Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus) with electronically controlled back differential keys for increased traction and kelincancy.

The standard Sportwarf package, now expanded with track mode for sustainable high performance, including improved battery cooling.

Meanwhile, Porsche Electric Sport Sound (PESS) offers two exclusive GTS voice profiles in Sport and Sport Plus mode.

Aggressive Exterior And Interior Design

The GTS Tigers are easily recognized by their distinctive sporty style, characterized by black accents on the front, side, and back and this is a typical element of all the Porsche GTS models. The dark-colored front light of the Matrix LED and the standard 21-inch design Tigers' 21-inch rim are increasingly reaffirming their aggressive appearance.

In the cabin, the sporty atmosphere is continued with an expanded Race-Tex coating, combined with a smooth black skin. The GTS Tigers became the first Electric Tiger model to offer an optional GTS Interior Package. This package allows color coordination between exterior and interior, with contrasting decorative stitches available in colors such aster Red, Slate Gray Neo, or Lugano Blue.

The new model also benefits from updates across the Tigers, including the addition of Porsche Digital Key, the new parking aid function, AI-backed Voice Pilot, and a maximum crane capacity increased to 2,500 kilograms.
