Chery Reveals The Concept Of The 7 Seater T1TP SUV, Here Are The Specifications

Chery officially introduced the T1TP Concept of a 7-seater SUV at the 2025 Chery Brand Night event, which took place in China some time ago.

Executive Deputy General Manager of Chery International Marketing Center Zheng Songzhi, said this concept is proof of Chery's commitment to collaborative innovation that places users as active partners in product development.

With a disruptive design with the theme 'one vehicle, multiple configurations', Chery presents new mobility solutions that are flexible and functional for families around the world, "he said, in an official statement received on Wednesday, October 22.

This concept model is also present from research on market needs conducted by the Chery product team for more than a year in various countries such as Indonesia, Mexico, and Thailand. As a result of this study, Chery found the nine most frequent family use scenarios, ranging from daily trips, outdoor activities, to long trips and family activities on weekends.

These inputs and expectations then became the foundation for Chery in developing the 7-Seat Transformable Multi SUV.

"In fact, it is this user's insight that encourages us to continue to open up innovation limits," he added.

The user's need is not just a source of inspiration, but a major driver of the shift in Chery's strategy from a function-oriented approach to a scenario-oriented approach.

Based on this insight, every element of the T1TP Concept Chery is designed to answer real needs in various family use situations, so that this vehicle is born from direct collaboration with users and not just from manufacturer assumptions.

Through stunning light performances and visual effects, Chery also features three of the six vehicle configurations. In the "Large 7-Seat SUV" mode, the Chery T1TP Concept presents true comfort like a house running thanks to its spacious dimension.

With a body length of 4.9 meters and an interior height of 1,284 mm, it allows children to stand upright in it while making it easier for elderly passengers to enter and exit easily without having to bend.

When needed for work or hobby activities, the Chery T1TP Concept can turn into a double cabin thanks to an innovative quick release structure. This mode provides a cargo space of 600 liters complete with binding points and barriers that can be arranged to carry various equipment, ranging from surf boards to construction equipment.

This design provides a practical solution to the classic dilemma between carrying passengers or goods, as well as affirming the true flexibility of the 7-Seat Transformable Multi-SUV concept.
