JAKARTA Mercedes-Benz made a new milestone in the journey of the G-Class icon. The 200,000th unit officially exited production at Graz, Austria, marking the extraordinary achievement of the legendary model that has accompanied its fans for more than four decades.

This historic moment is celebrated with the presence of G 580 with EQ Technology, the first full-electric version of the G-Class line. This special car looks charming in the exclusive color of Obsidian Black Metallic, becoming a symbol of the transformation of G-Class towards a sustainable mobility era without losing its tough character.

Referring to the manufacturer's release, Thursday, August 7, G 580 with EQ Technology maintains the original DNA G-Class 'extreme off-road capabilities, iconic designs, and the typical quality of Mercedes-Benz' but now comes with environmentally friendly electric power. This model has been introduced globally and has been available in Indonesia since February 2025, in the striking colors of South Seas Blue Magno Manufacturing.
