JAKARTA - Jaguar changed the brand identity significantly and introduced the Type 00 concept at the end of last year. Prior to the announcement, this concept car was seen passing by on the streets and is now back to be seen ahead of its launch at the end of 2025.

Autocar reported, Saturday, February 8, this 'GT'-style car is seen being tested in snowy conditions in the Arctic Circle. This latest spy camerashot shows more details about the car.

The car features the back wearing a camouflage robe for the first time by minimizing the use of rear windows.

This imageshot also shows off thin split rear lights or retains elements like the concept version with double lampbars.

The car shows the rear door design with a smaller window but expands back to the top of the rear wheel arch.

Another interesting thing is that the front is pinned with the words "Iorips" which has the opportunity to become the name of the model when entering the production phase. However, there is a possibility that the naming could change ahead of the launch later.

It is likely that the interior has a minimalist display but carries a lot of advanced technology. Jaguar will present a touchscreen function accompanied by an infotainment interface that stretches across its dashboard.

Jaguar will also design a back seat by prioritizing convenience that features such as a USB-C charging port and rear window curtain.

An optional device is also offered, such as two separate back seats as a substitute for the conventional seat.

Type 00 is one of Jaguar's three newest EV lines that will have a GT shape and will adopt the Jaguar Electric Architecture (JAE) platform.

The technical details have been confirmed by the manufacturer, namely having an electric motor with a power of 575 hp and having a battery with a range of up to 692 km in full charging. According to the report, this GT-style Jaguar will be priced at 100,000 (IDR 2 billion).
