Huawei Releases Official Luxury Sedans Competitors For Rolls Royce Ghost, Here's The Form

JAKARTA - Huawei released an official image of an electric sedan called Maextro S800, this sedan comes with a fairly long and large dimension that is mass-produced in the world.

Quoting from the Carnewschina page, Wednesday, January 21, Maextro is the premium brand produced by a joint venture between Huawei and JAC, and S800 is the brand's first model.

In dimensions, this one car has a length of 5,480 mm, longer than Nio ET9 5,325 mm and the Maybach S-class has a length of 5,469 mm. No wonder, it is one of the biggest long sedans in the world.

The Macextro S800 comes with the choice of Electric Vehicle Battery (BEV) and Extended Range Electric Vehicle (EREV). For the pure electric vehicle version, it comes with three electric motor choices, one 160 kW in front and 237.5 kW in each rear axis, providing a combined peak output of 635 kW (52 hp).

While the EREV version uses a 1.5 T engine as a range with a peak power of 115 kW. Only electric motors drive wheels, and there are two trims: dual motorcycles and three motorbikes. Double motorcycle trim has one 160 kW electric motor in front and one 230 kW in the rear as wheel.

Both versions use the NMC battery terner from CATL. Currently, there is no further information regarding battery capacity for BEV. However, the EREV has a 63,262 kWh package, which provides a full electric range of up to 371 km in CLTC counts.

Previously, in November, Huawei had opened a pre-order for this sedan to love the quite luxurious Rolls Royce Ghost.

"This model is expected to be priced between 1-1.5 million yuan (IDR 2.2 billion), and those interested can pay a deposit of 20,000 yuan (IDR 44 million) to order it," said Huawei Managing Director Richard Yu, some time ago.

Unfortunately, the details of this car feature have not been disclosed, aka it is still limited, but Huawei promises to be equipped with a series of super features. For example, Super Cruise, Super Maneuverability, Super Awareness, Super Privacy, Super Communication, Super AI, Super Protection, and Super Reliability.
