Yue 01, Electric Car Irrit Battery From China At A Price Below Rp180 Million

JAKARTA - The development of electric cars in China continues to increase rapidly with a number of manufacturers releasing their newest products. Electric House, called EV House, is one of the manufacturers of automotive vehicles from China that only produces electric cars, introducing a small EV called Yue 01.

Previously, the Electric House carried the name Xinte Automobile which had withdrawn from the market due to the pandemic. Then, this brand was changed to an 'Electric House' in August 2021 with a new team and strategy targeting young consumers.

Yue 01 is the second car launched by EV House after Young Guangxiaoxin which is also a small model launched in August 2021.

As reported by Carnewschina, this car carries a five-door force with a four-seater configuration, has a length of 3,750 mm, a width of 1,655 mm, a height of 1,550 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,415 mm. That is, this model has a smaller size than Wuling totaling or BinguoEV with a length of 3,950, a width of 1,708, a height of 1,580 mm, and a height of 2,560 mm.

Placed in the lower segment in an electric car, this model uses 15-inch aluminum alloy rims and adopts dual-color on its exterior.

The interior also carries a two-color scheme equipped with a 10.1-inch vertical center screen with a 7-inch LCD instrument panel, a flat-bottom two-barreled steering wheel, and a round-shaped AC outlet.

Carrying a minimalist theme, the company seeks to reduce the number of physical buttons on its vehicle and switch the settings to the screen. Then, the center console is equipped with a wheel tap as a gear playback, wireless charging pads, and two cup-holders.

Yue 01 is equipped with a 35 kW electric motor and a 125 Nm torque embedded in the front, resulting in a top speed of 100 km/hour. In addition, two battery options are also offered, namely 24 kWh with a distance of 251 km and 32.5 kWh which can cover a distance of 335 km.

This car is also claimed to have an electricity consumption of up to 10.3 kWh/100 km of battery. Yue 01 can be charged with fast-charging from 30 percent to 80 percent within 30 minutes.

With some of these standard equipment, this car is pegged at an affordable price ranging from 59,800 yuan to 79,800 yuan (equivalent to Rp131.2 million to Rp175.1 million).
