Land Rover Defender Pacific Blue Edition: Limited Adventurer SUV For Wave Hunters

JAKARTA - Land Rover Australia launched Defender Pacific Blue Edition, a special edition that only has 15 units available. This adventurous SUV is specially designed for surfers who want to explore beautiful beaches in Australia.

Defender Pacific Blue Edition comes with a six-cylinder diesel engine of 3.0 liters twin-turbo D250 Ingenium powered by 245 hp and torque 570 Nm. This machine is combined with an automatic transmission of eight speeds to provide responsive and efficient performance.

Quoted from the Autoevolution page, Tuesday, December 12, this car is wrapped in the Pacific Blue dress inspired by the colors of the Pacific Ocean. The white roof contrasts with the black roof rail and the panoramic roof which gives the impression of sporty and modern.

In the interior, Defender Pacific Blue Edition is dominated by black with white accents on steering wheel, door panel, and leather seat. Front jockeys are also equipped with heating to provide comfort while driving.

Each Defender Pacific Blue Edition unit will be equipped with a unique badge that reads "One out of 15" and a special Defender-branded surfboard. This limited edition SUV will be exhibited at Defender Experience Byron Bay from December 5 to 13.

Defender Pacific Blue Edition is sold at prices ranging from 129,976 US dollars or around Rp. 2 billion with additional shipping costs. Deliveries themselves will begin in May 2024.
