JAKARTA - British sports car manufacturer Gordon Murray Automotive (GMA), has completed the trial process on their latest car, T.50.

Currently, the manufacturer owned by former F1 engineer Gordon Murray is starting to make the first production of the T50. As previously confirmed, T.50 will only produce 100 units worldwide.

The car will later be worked on by the GMA Dunfold facility in Surrey, England, with specifications that match the order's wishes. T.50 will be assembled by hand.

To make it more special, they confirmed that no two cars have the same exterior color. Which means, each car will be presented with a different color.

Gordon Murray, co-founder of the GMA, said it was excited to assemble the T.50 car that had been introduced to the public two and a half years ago.

"Since the first announcement of the T.50, the supercar focused on the best drivers in the world, I can't wait for today. The incredible journey of designing and engineering the T.50 was even most of the initial work completed during the lockdown period. Now, seeing the engineering art of car carbon fiber monocoques for first customers is ready to be assembled, it's a miracle that cannot be revealed," Gordon Murray said in his official statement.

GMA T.50 is the latest sports car ever produced by the British manufacturer. In terms of exterior, this car was inspired by Gordon Murray's previous design, McLaren F1. What's more, where the steering wheel on the car is in the middle of the car's interior, exactly like McLaren F1.

On the back of the car, it resembles the shape of a fan like an F1 car he had designed, Brabham BT46B.

For the runway, T.50 is equipped with a V12 Cosmicworth GMA 4.0 liter 3,994 cc engine coupled with a transmission of six x-trac manual H pattern which can generate 654 dk of power and 467 Nm of torque.

The GMA T.50 is sold for 2.36 million pounds or if converted into around Rp. 43 billion. A reasonable price for sports cars is sold on a limited basis for 100 units worldwide.
