JAKARTA – The issue of expired internet quotas has entered a new phase after the Constitutional Court began hearing a lawsuit against Article 71 paragraph 2 of Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning Job Creation. The lawsuit was filed by a married couple, Didi Supandi and Wahyu Triana Sari, as Article 71(2) is deemed to be the legal basis for the practice of setting prepaid internet quota rates that result in unused quotas expiring.
