3 Reasons Nia Daniaty's Child, Olivia Nathania Didn't Attend The Examination

JAKARTA - Nia Daniaty's son, Olivia Nathania and her husband, Rafly N Tilaar are scheduled to visit the Metro Jaya Regional Police to be investigated for the alleged fraud case of prospective civil servants (CPNS) today, October 5.

However, neither of them were seen at all. Olivia's lawyer, Susanti Agustina, represented the client to fulfill the invitation. Olivia had her reasons for being absent from the examination.

"Olivia was not present because one was not mentally ready," said Susanti Agustina. So what is the reason Olivia and her husband are not ready to be examined?

"Secondly, the existing documents are not neat. There are still missing," said Susanti Agustina.

So far, they have prepared evidence to refute Agustin's claim regarding fraud under the guise of a civil servant. "Yes, we have clear evidence. Proof of transfer to Agustin's mother, yes," said Susanti.

"Then there are several more Agustin's mothers reporting for transfers to a, b, c, d, that's a lot, right, it's almost one billion."

"Indeed, if the inspection is done, all documents must be prepared for disputing the complainant," he said again.

Olivia's husband, Rafly, has also been sick for almost a week. This is the third reason they did not attend the scheduled inspection at the Polda Metro Jaya. "Mas Raflinya was not well, five days ago he was sick with typhoid, so he couldn't attend," said Susanti Agustina.

He also denied rumors that Olivia Nathania was close to a number of officials. "As far as I know, there is none. Close to officials, I don't know yet."

Because Olivia was absent from the examination, the latest examination will be carried out on 11 October.
