He again emphasized that the transfer of aaPRP technology to hospitals in the regions could be provided free of charge. “We can help transfer the technology and don't have to pay. Because this technology is commonly used by orthopedic doctors and aesthetic doctors. So, I think almost everyone understands the process,” he said.

Moreover, the cost required for processing aaPRP with stem cells is like heaven and earth. “There is a huge difference between the cost of stem cells and aaPRP. The cost of stem cells can be 50 times the cost of aaPRP. Because cultivating stem cells does require a very expensive cost,” he said.

According to Karina, medical journals in foreign countries also have ratings, which are good and those that have no rating at all. “Clinical trials are difficult and very expensive, it's a shame if they are published in unrated journals. We hope that many will read and that some will continue this research and our paper will be citation. If that's the case, our rating as researchers will also go up. So a researcher is one of the targets for the paper to be citation, "he said.

Karina and the team already have experience in submitting papers for international journals. Even so, he is still not confident enough to submit this aaPRP paper in the highest journal or in terms of Q1 rating. Finally they enter in the journal Q2.

“It turns out that when submitting a paper to a journal, the reviewer's reactions are various about the aaPRP paper. There are those who immediately reject and there are like this; this is from someone else's plasma right? In the country already banned. Wow, this reviewer doesn't understand, we just laughed. This is clear from yourself, from the patient's own blood,” said Karina, whose more than 30 papers have been published in international journals.

There are also other experiences regarding papers sent to other journals. “They accepted it but immediately revised it. Usually if it is revised after it is accepted. Eh it turns out the reviewers still don't understand either. Finally, we conclude that it may be difficult for the reviewer to understand because such research has never existed before. We are the first that this aaPRP to accompany COVID-19 therapy is actually possible and effective," said Dr. Karina.
