Successive Sadness, Not A Week Left By Wife, Now Anwar Fuady Left By His Eldest Child Due To COVID-19

JAKARTA - Experienced actor Anwar Fuady has again experienced grief. After his beloved wife Hj. Farida Kosim passed away on Sunday, July 18, now two have lost their eldest son due to the COVID-19 virus.

Ferry Senapati Bin Anwar Fuady (49) died Wednesday, July 21 at Bhakti Asih Hospital, Ciledug, South Tangerang. The body was buried side by side with the grave of his mother, Hj Farida Fuady.

"Please pray for me, I have been hit by this streak of misfortune. Within a week, my wife and children left us," Anwar stammered, as conveyed by Ilham Bintang via Instagram.

The late Ferry left behind a wife, seven children, and one grandson. His wife was also exposed to COVID-19, currently being treated at the hospital. Despite being careful with the risk of family clusters, apparently COVID-19 has already spread.

"When his mother tested positive for COVID-19 last week, our family checked with an Antigen swab test. The results of the examinations were all negative. But two days before his mother died, Ferry felt symptoms of fever and cough," said Anwar.

Tuesday (20/7) because he couldn't take it anymore, Ferry was taken to Bhakti Asih Hospital. The PCR swab test result was positive. But only one night stay in the hospital, his soul can not be helped.

"We also re-checked the health of all of Ferry's children and grandchildren. Thank God the results were negative," said Anwar Fuady.
