JAKARTA - Singer Britney Spears has appointed Matthew Rosengart as her new lawyer to handle the conservatory case.
At the latest hearing on Wednesday, July 14, Rosengart expressed Britney's desire to end the conservatory and asked Jamie Spears, her father to step down from the position of conservator.
Rosengart will be working on files over the next few weeks to end the conservatory which has been going on since 2008.
Matthew Rosengart is a former federal prosecutor who had clients including Sean Penn, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and Steven Spielberg. Rosengart's name was mentioned shortly after lawyer Samuel Ingham III stepped down.

“I want to file a lawsuit against my father. I want my father investigated," said Britney.
