JAKARTA - K-pop group IZ * ONE is reportedly going through the discussion stage for a reunion.

Launching Sports Kyunghyang today, June 21, the agencies that oversee IZ * ONE members are discussing the plan.

CJ ENM as the company that owns the Mnet television station responded, discussions are still ongoing and so far nothing has been confirmed.

"Regarding IZ*ONE getting back together, we are discussing with the members' agencies and giving various opportunities, nothing can be decided."

CJ ENM also responded to the move by IZ*ONE fans to create a fundraiser for their idol reunion. CJ ENM thanks fans for support but they will not use fan money for any group activities.

IZ*ONE was formed in 2018 as a temporary group after winning a competition from Mnet, Produce 48. They made their debut with the song La Vie en Rose in October 2018.

After promoting for two and a half years, IZ*ONE was declared disbanded in April this year. IZ*ONE members are now focusing on solo activities under their respective agencies.
