Insanul Fahmi and Inara's Relationship Getting Closer, Legal Counsel: Mas Insanul Wants to Celebrate Eid with Children

JAKARTA - Ahead of the Lebaran holiday, the relationship between Insanul Fahmi and Inara Rusli is reported to be increasingly disharmonious. Insanul's lawyer, Tommy Tri Yunanto, admitted that communication between the two parties is currently at its lowest point.

"Yes, it's enough to be distant, because yesterday there was a statement like that, so Inara first settled the matter with Mawa," said Tommy when met at the Polda Metro Jaya, Monday, March 16.

Although the relationship with Inara has deteriorated, Insanul who is currently in Medan plans to fly to Jakarta during Lebaran. His main focus is not to meet Inara, but for the sake of his child.

"Mas Insanul's plan is to go to Jakarta, but it's the first or second Eid. Now the position is still in Medan. So it's possible that the first or second Eid we can (go to Jakarta)," said Tommy explaining his client's plans.

Tommy doubted that there would be a moment of celebration together between Insanul and Inara. According to him, Inara is currently very busy with his own affairs so that the meeting is difficult to happen.

"Eh, it seems like it's not (the holiday with Inara). But because Inara is now busy with herself, she is busy with herself. So it should be..." said Tommy, hanging his sentence.

Insanul's biggest hope at this Eid al-Fitr moment is only to be able to spend time with his children. He misses their presence in the midst of the ongoing domestic conflict.

"Yes, so Insanul wants it if this Eid, he can see his children... he can meet, can be together with the children, that's what he wants. But if later he can't, maybe just communicate later what it will be like," said Tommy.

Tommy regretted the impression of restricting access for Insanul to meet his children lately. He emphasized that legally and morally, a father's right to meet his children should not be hindered.

"The last time yes (closing the space), because there is no good communication for the child. I think this must be emphasized and made rules for the future. Because children can't be restricted, for children to their parents and mothers," he said again.

Regarding the continuation of the household, Tommy stated that Insanul was already at the stage of sincerity. If divorce is the desired path for Inara, his client will not complicate the process.

"If Mawa just wants to continue, then continue, if she wants to divorce, then divorce. So if he asks for what Mawa wants, he just goes along. Insanul feels that if Mawanya really wants to divorce, then it's okay, he's sincere," concluded Tommy.
