Director Kenang Vidi Aldiano in the Film "Wait for Me to Be Successful Later", Without a Script

JAKARTA - The film Wait for Me to Be Successful Later by Naya Anindita was Vidi Aldiano's last appearance. The director explained that Vidi's involvement was present without a script.

"(Kayak) the holy book of friendship, so when making a film, it also starts from friendship. (Already) from inviting (the film) Komang but the schedule is not met. The scene is not scripted," said Naya Anindita in South Jakarta on Monday, March 9.

Another actor, Reza Chandika explained, "I and Vidi like action bacot, there is no dialogue so in this film it is super natural, really like everyday."

"Kayak Podhub. Kayak main. Kayak gak pake skrip di MV (music video) Senyumin Dulu Aja," katanya.

Furthermore, Naya Anindita considers the film Tunggu Aku Sukses Nanti feels that his film will be connected with family and friendship stories in Indonesia.

"The issue of dynamics is close to me and everyone must have a family like that so that when we pack our family dynamics, we discuss directly and one-on-one," said Naya Anindita.

Vidi Aldiano died on Saturday, March 7, 2026. He was then buried the next day and was attended by his family and friends.

Meanwhile, the film Wait for Me to Succeed Later will be shown in Indonesian cinemas starting March 18, 2026.
