Ariel NOAH Reveals Serious Knee Injury, Admits He Suctioned Liquid Up To Three Times

JAKARTA NOAH's vocalist Ariel finally answered the public's curiosity about the knee support that he has recently worn on various occasions.

Through an upload on his personal Instagram account, Ariel publicly revealed that he suffered a serious injury called the meniscus tease complex, which was a tear in the meniscus of a sickle-shaped tag between the thighbone (femur) and dry bone (tibia) in the knee.

In an upload showing himself in the padel field, Ariel explained the medical condition he experienced after many fans questioned the reason for using the knee supporter.

Although it sounds serious, Ariel brings good news regarding the recovery process. Based on the doctor's statement, his knee condition is expected to return to normal in the near future.

"The doctor said, God willing, in a month the knee will be normal," he continued.

Ariel also took advantage of this moment to provide important messages for fans, especially those who are actively exercising. He admitted that his injury was most likely triggered by a lack of muscle strengthening exercises.

"I'm busy exercising all kinds of things, but the strength training is a little. Strength training is important, so I'm not prone to injury," he said.
