Not Accepting Being Expelled By THE BOYZ, Ju Hahnyeon Denies Being Involved In Prostitution

JAKARTA - Ju Hahnyeon opened his voice for the first time since he was expelled from the group THE BOYZ by his agency, ONE HUNRED. Ju Hahnyeon's exit relates to allegations he ordered prostitution while in Japan.

He made a claim that the incident on May 29 was the beginning of his being expelled from THE BOYZ. At that time, a Japanese media revealed that Ju Hahnyeon was dating the JAV actress (Japanese Adult Video).

"We went out with a lot of people and when we had a drink together, there was one person there who was once an actress for JAV, Asuka Kirana," Ju Hahnyeon told Billboard.

"I met him for the first time there and as far as I know, he has retired for five to seven years," he said.

He explained that they talked a lot about transitions, especially when he found out that Kirana was now focusing on the beauty industry. He also suspects that one of the people there took photos without permission and sold them to the media.

"As an adult, it's normal to drink and get drunk, right? I'm 27 years old," said Ju Hahnyeon.

After the photo went viral, THE BOYZ's agency terminated the exclusive contract and filed a loss. Ju Hahnyeon was reluctant to sign the charges because the numbers were unrealistic.

"I said I didn't want to sign, because I didn't agree with the amount of loss. Realistically, if I pay this money, it will be the end of my life. I will go bankrupt," said Ju Hahnyeon.

Currently, he feels that all local news is only coordinated according to his agency without listening to or trying to find the truth.

I want people to know that companies don't protect their artists and don't work like proper companies. If I fail in a case I don't, the company will do something like this in the future," said Ju Hahnyeon.

One Hundred has not responded to Ju Hahnyeon's statement regarding this case.
