Inspired By Kate Middleton, Brisia Jodie Appears Classical And Elegant On Wedding Day

JAKARTA - Singer Brisia Jodie finally stepped into the altar of her marriage to her boyfriend, Jonathan Alden. On his happy day, Jodie looked stunning in a wedding dress inspired by the style of one of the British royal fashion icons.

When met at the Cathedral Church, Central Jakarta, Jodie revealed that all his performances on the day of blessing referred to Kate Middleton's classic style.

"Gaunya, Kate Middleton. Semua look-nya dari rambut, dress, semua dari Kate Middleton," ungkapnya di Kedetadrat Santa Perawan Maria di Mengangkat ke Surga, Jakarta Pusat, Rabu, 3 Desember.

The white dress she wears has a very elegant and minimalist design. Jodie deliberately chose the classic concept without additional posets or excessive decorations.

"Intentionally conceptualizing it like a classic, there is no poset," he explained.

He only gave a touch of modification to make it look more modern. To realize this dream dress, Jodie was willing to go back and forth to Surabaya. He entrusted his design to a well-known designer, Diana Putri.

"This is from Surabaya, Sis. So I went back and forth from Surabaya, really had a severe legit effort," he said. He even fell ill when he had to do the fitting process.

The choice of this designer is not without reason. Diana Putri is known as a fashion designer whose work has been worn by world stars such as BLACKPINK's Jennie to Ariana Grande.

"That's why I'm like, today it's like sustenance," said Jodie, feeling very lucky to be able to wear a dress from designer Diana Putri's caliber.
