MANADO - The Healthy Zumba Gymnasium became an interesting activity attended by Manado residents on Sunday, November 16 morning. Residents of South Wenang Village participated in this event with the spirit of maintaining body and mental fitness.

This event took place at Dragon Manado, which was initiated through the Holywings Peduli program. Starting at around 07.00 WITA, the gymnastics session begins with a light warm-up hosted by professional instructors.

Energyful music makes participants look enthusiastic and relaxed at once. The easy-to-following zumba movement is also fun to choose so that anyone, both who is used to exercising and beginners, can feel the benefits of fitness without feeling burdened.

The implementation of this exercise coincides with the month of national health commemoration. Every November 12 the Indonesian nation commemorates National Health Day (HKN), as a momentum to increase awareness of healthy and active life. The theme HKN-2025 is Healthy Generation, Great Future strengthens the message that the health of the younger generation is the foundation for the development of a productive nation in the future.

This activity is also in line with a series of HKN spirits, inviting the people of Manado not only to 'rememorize' but also to immediately move actively through fun and beneficial zumba exercises. Encourage people to actively move regularly, because physical activities help maintain the health of the heart, metabolism, and fitness in general.

Through this Zumba Healthy Gymnastics, we want to open up space for everyone, regardless of age, background, and fitness to move and feel that maintaining health can be easy and fun. Especially in a month that is devoted to national health like this November, our momentum together is to move together, be healthy together," said Andrew Susanto, President Commissioner of Holywings Group and Chair of the CSR Holywings Care program in a written broadcast.

One of the participants, Cynthia (32), a resident of South Wenang, said she was happy to be involved in this healthy gymnastics activity.

"Usually I exercise myself at home, but participating in the zumba together is much more exciting and encouraging. The music is cool, the movement is also easy to follow. The body is fitter, the mood is also happy," he said.

Holywings Peduli, who works with Dragon Manado, also provides various other entertainment competitions, namely the competition entitled 'People's Party' which is intended for residents who come. The first competition is games throwing balls into buckets with cellphones and basic necessities.

Followed by the ping pong relay race, where the group of participants passed ping pong to other participants until they arrived at the last participant. The event ended with a karaoke competition.

This event became a real opportunity to move, gather, and celebrate a healthy life. Hopefully this momentum will not only be a one-day activity, but foster good habits that are sustainable, in line with the spirit of National Health Day.
