Tasya Farasya Officially Divorced From Ahmad Assegaf, Agrees On A Joint Custody Pattern

JAKARTA The final stage of the beauty vlogger Tasya Farasya and Ahmad Assegaf's household servants finally arrived. The panel of judges at the Religious Court officially granted Tasya's divorce suit.

In addition to deciding the divorce, the judge also determined that the child custody was carried out jointly by both of them.

The news was confirmed directly by Tasya's attorney, Sangun Ragahdo, after receiving a copy of the verdict.

"Basically, the decision of this divorce case has granted our request," said Sangun Ragahdo in the South Jakarta area, Wednesday, November 12.

"It was decided that this divorce, the conditions we submitted have been fulfilled, so that the divorce is decided," he continued.

Regarding child custody, Sangun explained that since the beginning Tasya and Ahmad had agreed to carry out joint parenting.

"Regarding child custody as well, as we conveyed at the first trial, it has been agreed. So that in the decision, child custody is carried out jointly," he explained.

Tasya's other attorney, Fattah Riphat, added that the two had also agreed on a detailed arrangement regarding the schedule for the meeting between father and son.

"The relationship is good. So later we will meet twice a week, yes, but not staying overnight," said Fattah.

He explained that the rules regarding the ban on stay were part of the initial agreement in the mediation process and had been approved by both parties.

"It was an agreement from the start, and it was approved during the mediation hearing, there was no rebuttal," he continued.

Although officially separated, communication between Tasya and Ahmad is said to continue to run well for the sake of the child's interests.

"After all, it is the interests of the children that are put forward. So, yes, the relationship does not break," concluded Sangun.
