Anang Hermansyah Company Reports Ex-Employee On Alleged Defamation

JAKARTA - President Director of PT Hijau Dipta Nusantara (HDN), Eri Prastio reported a former employee of Ashanty, Ayu Chairun Nurisa who was suspected of defamation to the Polda Metro Jaya.

PT HDN itself is a company in which Anang Hermansyah is the commissioner in it.

Eri Prastio's attorney, Mangata Tobing Allo, explained that this report was based on losses suffered by PT HDN due to the mention of the company's name by Ayu, who is currently dealing with Ashanty over the alleged embezzlement of funds.

"We from Badranaya Partnership, are currently accompanying Mas Erie as the President Director of PT HDN. He is a colleague of Mas Anang who also feels aggrieved by the mention of the name PT HDN," said Mangata at Polda Metro Jaya, Tuesday, October 7.

Eri replied that in a press conference held by Ayu, it was stated that he was an employee of PT HDN in the finance department. He even claimed to have worked at the company for 8 years, even though PT HDN itself had only been around for one year.

"There it was mentioned that Ayu's brother was an employee of PT Hijau Dipta Nusantara or HDN, that's our PT, that's it, and there he and his parties also stated that he had worked at the place in our PT as a finance," explained Eri Prastio.

The impact of Ayu's statement finally caused several cooperation contracts between PT HDN and clients to be terminated and suffered losses.

"Well, it has an impact on our company on business because there are already several clients, our clients who finally cut off business cooperation that is detrimental to us on a business basis," said Eri.

Eri also emphasized that PT HDN had nothing to do with the ongoing case of alleged embezzlement of Ashanty funds with Ayu.

"Regarding Ayu's business with Mother Ashanty, I know, I know but there is no agreement with PT Hijau Dipta Nusantara or HDN, so it is spread here so it seems that we are part of that case," he concluded.
