Anang Hermansyah Company Loses IDR 1 Billion Due To Fake Claims From Former Ashanty Employees

JAKARTA - President Director of PT Hijau Dipta Nusantara (HDN), Eri Prastio said that his company suffered losses of up to Rp1 billion related to alleged defamation of former Ashanty employee, Ayu Chairun Nurisa. PT HDN itself is a company that owns Anang Hermansyah as commissioner.

"The possibility of a potential of more than 1 M because the cooperation was only 08:00 a.m., it was reported that there was a termination," said Mangata Tobing Allo, Eri Prastio's attorney at Polda Metro Jaya, Tuesday, October 7.

Eri explained that the loss was suffered after Ayu Chairun Nurisa, who was arguing with Ashanty about the alleged embezzlement of funds claiming to be an employee of PT HDN.

"And secondly, what has been conveyed by Ayu's brother, he, once again I repeat, is not an employee of PT Hijau Dipta Nusantara or HDN. It has nothing to do with it at all," explained Eri Prastio.

"Well, it has an impact on our company on business because there are already several clients, our clients who finally cut off business cooperation that is detrimental to us in terms of business," said Eri Prastio.

He emphasized that Ayu's statement was not true at all and PT HDN did not interfere in the problem between Ashanty and Ayu in the case of alleged embezzlement of funds.

"So here I really regret what Ayu's partners and their parties said, it was their party who said that he was an employee of PT Hijau Dipta Nusantara or HDN. That's not true at all," he said.
