JAKARTA - Nikita Mirzani's legal team, Galih Rakasiwi, gave an explanation about his client's behavior during the trial some time ago, which was busy dancing 'velocity' in front of the Public Prosecutor (JPU) who was asking expert witnesses questions at the trial of cases of alleged threats and money laundering (TPPU).

Galih Rakasiwi assessed that the actions taken by Nikita Mirzani were an expression of annoyance against the public prosecutor who repeated questions to expert witness Nikita Mirzani.

Not only asking repeated questions, but Galih also said that the prosecutor concluded that the expert witness' explanation should not be carried out.

"Yes, it's natural to be annoyed. Nikita is annoyed, it's actually natural, the expert explained, then the questions were repeated, we actually asked, all questions were asked to us. It turned out to be asked again. Even after being re-inferred, it was concluded. "It's just a form of annoyance," said Galih Rakasiwi, Nikita Mirzani's team of attorneys in the South Jakarta area, Tuesday, September 30.

He also accused the public prosecutor, who was also considered to have often been caught, of showing an expression of annoyance with Nikita's side with body movements.

"And it turns out that the prosecutor's side is also the same, likes, likes (shows frustration) with body movements and so on, right, yes, maybe media colleagues can also pay attention to it during the trial. Yes, that's how the reaction is, our client is," he continued.

It is undeniable by Galih that his client was the target of reprimanding the panel of judges, but for their side it was just an expression of annoyance.

"If the judge sees for himself, he likes to convey it to the Judge. Yes, when what is his name, the defendant is like that, please, the defendant. Yes, we are also trying to calm down. Indeed, we also have to be calm," said Galih Rakasiwi.

"But that's a form of expression that maybe we also prevent it from returning to ourselves, right. But we're still trying to calm down," he concluded.
