Raj'i's Rejection, Pratama Arhan Had The Opportunity To Referr With Azizah Salsha

TIGARAKSA - Attorney Pratama Arhan, Singgih Tomi Gumilang said that his client rejected Azizah Salsha with talak raj'i. Where giving Arhan and Azizah the opportunity to reconcile.

"The contents of the lawsuit are for the applicant, so that the court, the point is that the Tigaraksa Religious Court grants one divorce from sister, eh to Mrs. Azizah Salsha. That's all," said Singgih Tomi Gumilang at the Tigaraksa Religious Court, Monday, September 29.

"Talak satu raj'i itu kalau Islam talak yang, saya saya kurang, mungkin kurang paham sangat dengan talak raj'i, yang jelas kalau talak raj'i itu mungkin bisa kembali ke istrinya kalau masih masih," lanjut Singgih Tomi Gumilang.

When asked about the possibility of reconciliation, Singgih Tomi Gumilang was reluctant to speak in more detail because the power given to him was only up to the reading of the divorce pledge.

"(It can be referred) we don't get there. We are only appointed a power of attorney until the petition is submitted to the reading of the divorce pledge. The rest of it (lack of understanding)," he explained.

Even so, Singgih emphasized that even if his client wants to reconcile with Azizah, he must go through marriage first.

"(Refer) Without having to get married, it's not like Indonesia. So, maybe even if you unite with having to get married again," he explained.

To read the pledge of divorce, Pratama Arhan himself was represented by his legal representative. And it has been confirmed that during the reading of the pledge, Azizah Salsha was in an unrestricted state.

"The pledge of divorce was represented by me who are Muslim and what is certain today is to ensure that the defendant is in a holy state or not in an unbound state. So that the pledge of divorce is valid according to Islam," concluded Singgih Tomi Gumilang.
