Language Expert Confirms Nikita Mirzani Was Not Directly Involved In Allegations Of Threat Reza Gladys

JAKARTA - The presence of linguist Frans Asisi in the trial of Nikita Mirzani provides a new perspective that benefits the defendant.

After analyzing evidence of WhatsApp conversations from November 13 to 15, Frans Asisi firmly stated that Nikita Mirzani had never communicated directly with parties suspected of being blackmailed.

When the Public Prosecutor (JPU) asked whether the language used by Nikita Mirzani could be categorized as extortion or threats, the linguist actually provided a surprising clarification.

"If I look at the conversation, eh, WA, the defendant never conveyed something directly to someone who was in a conversation between Doc (Reza Gladys) and Mail," said Frans Asisi during the trial, Thursday, September 25.

"So, Nikita Mirzani has never been from the conversation on the 13th, 14, 15, there was no direct WA chat from, Defendant Nikita Mirzani told the two people," he continued.

According to him, Nikita Mirzani's name was only involved by other parties in a process he called negotiation, not extortion.

"Mail and Reza involved the defendants in their negotiation process," he concluded, underlining that Nikita did not play an active role in the conversation.

Furthermore, Frans Asisi testified in which he dissected the artist's role in a series of conversations that became evidence at trial.

The results of his analysis showed that Nikita Mirzani did not act as the main actor, but his name was only carried by other parties.

The Public Prosecutor (JPU) continues to try to link Nikita to the alleged extortion, but linguists have different views. He categorizes the interactions that occur as

negotiations carried out by other parties, namely Mail and dr. Reza Gladys.

"Mail and Reza involved the defendants in their negotiation process," said Frans Asisi.

This affirmation indicates that the core initiatives and conversations did not come from Nikita Mirzani directly.

When the Public Prosecutor tried to determine whether Nikita's role was really indirect, Frans Asisi again confirmed it.

"Not directly involved by the defendant himself?" asked the prosecutor.

"That's right," replied the expert firmly.
