350 Participants Last Year, Podcast Launches Title Of Podcast Hunt 2025

JAKARTA - The podcast Siniar Group Ancur is again holding the 2025 Hunt Podcast, a competition to develop their line of broadcasts to be known to the public more widely. Siniar registration opens from Friday, September 19.

This organization is working with Spotify as one of the platforms that see the number of podcasts and videos in Indonesia increasing by 75%.

While increasing interest in podcast videos, Spotify is proud to support the 2025 Hunt Podcast to capture a new generation of creators. This year, Ancur Podcast collaborates with three figures from Siniar who already have a massive audience. They are Angga Nggok from Podkesmas, Kai Soerja from In Her View, and Arif Brata from ABG.

I always hear new podcasts and know the characters, feel like we are friends. You must have a hangout and talk about it. So if one episode like this is different. If you look at a successful podcast, you have your own character," said Angga Nggok at the 2025 Hunt Podcast press conference in South Jakarta on Friday, September 19.

"Podcast can be a new forum for new ways but still look creative. We can lead our viewers to express and it's all about being smart. Opportunity will always be there if we get a suitable angle," said Kai Soerja.

As the organizer, Podcast Ancur is also trying to develop an increasingly growing Siniar industry in Indonesia. This development can also be seen from 350 participants last year and has doubled.

I prefer growing community, it's quite cloudy and I don't think we will always be the number of date in our listeners. We will continue to grow and change. There is a podcast that has good quality and moved there because there is no fight among podcasters," said Randhika Jamil of Podcast Ancur.

Carl Zuarte added, "We only had three winners last year but this time for the 10 winners, we invited them to Spotify Creator Program. Podcast Hunt 2025 registration opens from Friday, September 19 to October 18, 2025. The Hunt podcast is open to anyone who wants to start and develop their podcast via thehunt.id podcast.
