Blame Yourself, Ricky Perdana Considers His Son's Disaster As A Warning From God

JAKARTA - Behind the disaster that befell his son after falling from a height of 3.5 meters, actor Ricky Perdana felt deep regret.

He firmly refused to blame anyone, including his wife and household assistant, and chose to introspect as a father.

"I don't want to blame anyone. I don't want to blame my wife, I don't want to blame Ms. I was wrong because I was given the mandate to take care of my child, it really can't make my family safe," said Ricky Perdana in the South Jakarta area, Tuesday, September 16.

The incident fell from the stairs not only leaving physical injuries, but also the psychological impact on Lucky Perdana's 2-year-old son.

The child is now experiencing trauma to a closed and dark room, which is thought to have been due to his experience while undergoing an MRI examination.

"It's just that maybe what he's a bit traumatized is that he doesn't want to be indoors. So it's like in the room he doesn't want to," explained Ricky.

"Because maybe at the time in the MRI it can enter a dark room, Mas Bro," he said.

To overcome the trauma, the family now has to adapt. They deliberately open the door to the room or even sleep in the family room so that the child feels safe and not alone.

"So if it's in front of the TV, there's a window next to it, behind a lot of people, so he doesn't think he's alone," he added.

For him, this incident is a valuable lesson and a direct warning from God to be more vigilant in guarding the baby.

"Yes, if the best lesson is that this is a warning from Allah, I am a parent," concluded Ricky Perdana.
