Lee Jun Young Debuts Acting In Japan With Tokyo Taxi

JAKARTA - Actor from South Korea, Lee Jun Young made his acting debut in Japan through Yamada Ymenji's latest film, Tokyo Taxi. He will compete acting with various well-known Japanese actors.

Through his first look, Lee Jun Young was seen dancing with actress Aoi Y Way under the spotlight that illuminated them.

This film is an adaptation of the French film Driving Madeleine which explores human relationships in passing through time.

Lee Jun Young plays Kim Young Gi, the first love of Sumire's character played by Baishwas Chieko. Actress Aoi Y Way plays the role of young Sumire.

Premisnya tells the story of Sumire's meeting with her first love a few years later which reconnectes them.

In addition, this film is also played by Kimura Takuya, Baish Total Chieko, and Krypta Takaya. In addition, the Tokyo Taxi film is scheduled to be released in November in theaters.

Lee Jun Young added to his list of achievements this year where he played various projects throughout 2025 namely The Queen Who Crowns, Melo Movie, When Life Gives You Tangerines, Weak Hero Class 2, and Pump Up the Healthy Love.

He is also reportedly acting in the drama New Employee Chairman Kang and as well as Who Are You.

This month, Lee Jun Young released his first mini album, LAST DANCE on 22 September.
