Nirina Zubir Perdana Kisses Queen-Queen Queens: Needs Green Light From Home

JAKARTA - Nirina Zubir revealed the first experience of playing a kiss scene in the Queen-Queen Queens series. The series directed by Lucky Kuswandi is a prequel for the film Ali and Ratu-Queen Queens in 2021 on Netflix.

"This is my first scene. Really (kiss)? But there is a reason," said Nirina Zubir at a press conference in South Jakarta on Friday, September 12.

"Na never did this because she was looking for a strong reason or not? But here the Party character is people pleaser, good, important but there must be a story in itself," he said.

Nirina interacts with actor Michael Notardonato in this series. Nirina felt helped thanks to her mentality and signature of agreement from her husband.

"He helped me so well. And he (Michael) always Okay, take your time. He helps Nirina. The preparation is mental and the green light is from home," he said.

"Na came from the diaspora family. Since childhood saw where diaspora and from Hong Kong, where to, see parents working to help TKI," explained Nirina Zubir.

On the other hand, Andry Cung as the author of the Ratu-Queen Queens series mentioned that this story about diaspora has various characters with stories that viewers can feel.

"For me when I was offered to follow up on Ms. Gina S. Noer, wow okay, this is another very happy opportunity because I know these girls. Because I was a diaspora while working at the ngepel factory but the one I met and listened to their stories," said Andry Cung.

"The characters are so real, everything was fun and I combined everything in my head," he added.

The Queen-Queen Queens series can be watched on Netflix starting Friday, September 12.
