JAKARTA - Comedian and member of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI), Eko Patrio, suffered the same fate as his colleagues Uya Kuya and Nafa Urbach, experiencing a house looting.

It is known that Eko Patrio's house in the Kuningan area of ​​South Jakarta was targeted by angry residents after he was allegedly dancing about a recent increase in the DPR RI members' salary allowances.

At the time of the looting, Heri, a security guard at Eko's housing complex, stated that Eko's family was not at home.

"Mr. Eko himself was not there. He was not there. The house was empty. Only security guards were guarding it," Heri told the media recently.

He also explained that Eko had indeed left the house two days before the looting.

"He probably left the house, but the information was that he had left the house two days before, two days before the demonstration and all that stuff was going to happen," he continued.

Eko had also secured his cars before hundreds of unknown individuals broke into his house.

"The cars were secured," Heri concluded.
