TIGARAKSA - The Tigaraksa Religious Court has denied that Rien Wartia Trigina, also known as Erin, has filed an asset lawsuit against Andre Taulany.
Sholahuddin, a spokesperson for the Tigaraksa Religious Court, stated that the assets filed are Erin's personal assets.
"We explained to our media colleagues yesterday that the lawsuit is filed in Erin's name, and there is no such lawsuit," Sholahuddin said at the Tigaraksa Religious Court on Monday, August 25.
Previously, Andre's legal team, Fahmi Bachmid, revealed that his client, who had initially only filed for divorce, is now facing a countersuit regarding the division of a substantial amount of joint assets.
Fahmi Bachmid explained that Erin Taulany initiated the asset lawsuit in response to Andre's divorce petition.
"So, I'm telling you that Andre Taulany has only filed for divorce, not any other lawsuit. However, Andre Taulany is being countersued for several assets, including alimony and so on, as well as joint assets," said Fahmi Bachmid in the Cipete area of South Jakarta recently.
According to Fahmi, the list of assets being sued by Erin's side is extensive and varied, ranging from immovable assets to insurance policies.
"There are so many assets being sued for, and there are several points of contention listed in the lawsuit. (There are) land and buildings, (there are) movable assets, (there are) shares, (there are) bank accounts, insurance policies. These are all counterclaims," Fahmi explained.
