Ria Ricis Hands Over Business Boarding Houses For Moana, Ensures Rental Money Directly Enters Children's Accounts

SOUTH TANGERANG - Youtuber Ria Ricis revealed that she had handed over the management of her boarding house business to her daughter, Moana.

This decision was taken so that the asset would not be abandoned after previously being managed by his late father and then by his team.

Ricis explained that initially he bought the boarding houses and the management was handed over to his father. However, after his father died, the assets became less manageable.

"At that time I bought (boards) and I handed it over to my papa. My papa passed away to merahullah, so it was held by my team. Instead of being abandoned, so it's better if I give it to my son, my son takes care of it and lives alone," said Ricis in the Pondok Aren area, South Tangerang, recently.

He emphasized that Moana would not be burdened with this responsibility. Even though Moana is the owner on behalf of Moana, her daily management will be handled by a team formed by Moana herself.

Most importantly, the entire income from this business will go straight into the child's account.

"Because the boarding house didn't feel like I was alone. So instead of being abandoned, I handed it over to Moana. Moana built her own team. But she wasn't burdened, yes, she only rode her name but the money still entered her account," said Ria Ricis.

With this submission, Ricis stated that he had completely let go. He gave Moana full freedom to determine the fate of the business in the future, including if he wanted to sell it.

"So if, for example, in the future, Moana wants to sell for what, I don't know who she wants to give him, it's up to him. I've really given up my hand, so it's up to him to do anything," he said.

The boarding houses are known to have quite complete facilities, such as air conditioning, internal bathrooms, beds, and cabinets. Ricis even said that the boarding houses were now fully occupied.

"(The boarding facilities) There is an air conditioner, there is a shower, there is a bed mattress, there is a bed cover too, there is a wardrobe that has a mirror. Finally, it's also full, so it's useless for me to promoin," said Ria Ricis.

When asked about the rental price, Ricis with his distinctive style joked that this was now the full authority of the new owner.

"(For the rental price) Because I'm not the one holding it either. Maybe it's more about the owner, Moana. I don't know," he concluded.
