Even Though Jung Sung Il Said He Was Still In Mid-Time Work After Filming The Glory

Jung Sung Il surprised his fans by revealing that he continued to do part-time work even after the Netflix drama The Glory which was quite a success.

This confession appeared during the broadcast of August 22, 2025 KST from 'The Jun Hyun Moo Project 2' on MBN and Channel S.

In the 43rd episode, the host Jun Hyun Moo and YouTuber Ktimebe (Kwak Jun Bin) share food with their guest, Jung Sung Il.

While filming, the actor was preparing for the release of his new film 'The Murderer's Report', and revealed that his recent weight fell to 66kg.

"I lost body and muscle fat, so now I eat more for my health," said Jung Sung Il as quoted by VOI from AllKpop, Sunday, August 24.

However, the biggest disclosure of the moment was the story of Jung Sung Il's part-time job. When asked by Jun Hyun Moo about his debut, he explained that he started the theater at the age of two, dropping out of college to pursue acting in Seoul.

He has served for years as an unknown person, supported himself with various jobs ranging from driving a car, parking lots, shifting at cafes, and even working at night at a wine bar.

Then he admitted that after finishing filming the series The Glory, he was still running his part-time job as a food delivery man.

"I even worked part-time after finishing 'The Glory'," said Jung Sung Il.

"The settlement for my drama income has been completed, but it's not a big amount or changing my life. I still have to make a living," he continued.
