The details of the crossed-tewed hull show the uniqueness of the fabrication technique which is the main source of Seamilier's inspiration in designing its exclusive collection.

The ship that sank in the 9th century oada in Belitung waters is an Arab dhow ship carrying ceramics from the Tang dynasty from the exchange and other areas. This discovery is clear evidence of the ancient maritime trade route and the important role of Belitung in international trade relations since the past.
