JAKARTA - Disney brought back the iconic film 2003 in the sequel, MAY. Still played by Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan, this film will be shown in Indonesian cinemas.

In the sequel, there is a lot of new things without leaving important plots in the first film. Meitier Friday presents a classic family story for viewers.

Anna kini menjadi manajer bintang pop (Maitreyi Ramakrishnan) sekaligus menjadi ibu tunggal untuk anaknya, Harper (Julia Butters).

Anna's life changes when she falls in love at first sight at Eric Reyes (Manny Jacinto), who also has a daughter named Lily (Sophia Hammons).

Tess and Anna who are iconic about their exchange of souls will go through that exchange moment once again. Director Nisha Ganatra explained that this sequel could be nostalgic.

I think this is the right time to reminisce. We all remember the films that accompanied our childhood, and wanted comfort and happiness to see our loved ones together again. I think Jamie and Lindsay really made it happen," said Nisha Ganatra.

For those of you who have watched the first film, you are certainly no stranger to the fictional band Pink Slip. This band is back with the latest version of the song Take Me Away from the first film. Pink Slip is also one of the important points that viewers must look forward to.

"This is a form of realization of my desire for how I imagine Anna growing up, and she is still working in the music industry after going through two decades. It feels like it's the perfect job for her," said author Jordan Weiss.
