YOGYAKARTA Wudhu is a holy activity of small hadats before performing legitimate worship, such as prayer, tawaf, and similar worship. Meaning:

O believers, if you want to do prayer, then wash your arms and hands until your elbows, and wipe your arms and (basuh) your legs until both feet, and if you are junub then take a shower, and if you are sick or on the way or come back from the defecation site or touch the woman, then you don't get water, then stay with good soil (clean); wipe your arms and hold your arms with the ground. Allah doesn't want to make it difficult for you, but He wants to clean you up and perfect His blessings for you, so that you are grateful.

Touching the genitals or holes of human rectum is intentionally one of the cases that cancels the ablution. Related to this, the Prophet Muhammad said:

'Whoever holds his genitals then prays.' (HR. Ahmad)

A Muslim or Muslim can be in a state of hadats if it touches a human genital or hole, either from a person who is alive or dead, owns himself or someone else, a child or an adult.

Furthermore, wudhu does not become canceled if it touches using other than the palm of the hand or using an object intermediary, such as clothes, cloth, wood, and so on.

Meaning: Whoever sleeps then prays. (HR. Abu Dawud)
