Application For Revocation Of Nikita Mirzani's Wanpresation Case Was Granted By The Judge

JAKARTA - The request for the revocation of the Rp100 M Wanpresation case report submitted by Nikita Mirzani was finally granted by the panel of judges.

This was conveyed at the trial for the revocation of the Wanprestasi case report which was held at the South Jakarta District Court, today, Monday, July 21.

"One, granting the plaintiffs' petition regarding the revocation of the case," said the panel of judges during the trial.

Therefore, the panel of judges officially removed the case registered by the mother of three children since May 16 yesterday.

"Dua, menyatakan perkara perdata register number 489/Pdt.G/2025/PN JKT.SEL yang diterima dan didaftar di Kepanitera Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan pada tanggal 16 Mei 2025, dicabut," lanjutnya.

"Three, ordered the Registrar of the South Jakarta District Court to register the revocation of the lawsuit case number 489/Pdt.G/2025/PN JKT.SEL in the registered case book for the lawsuit provided for that," added the panel of judges.

At the end of his sentence, the judge imposed a court fee of Rp563,000 for the withdrawal of the report.

"Four, charge the costs incurred in this case to the plaintiffs in the amount of Rp563,000," he said.

Previously, Fahmi Bachmid, Nikita Mirzani's attorney, was grateful for the revocation of this report. And ensure that his party will focus on criminal cases of alleged threats and money laundering (TPPU).

"And thank God it has been granted. So since today the case number 489, the lawsuit for default has been declared revoked and ended and it is in the SIPP e-note that the case no longer exists," said Fahmi Bachmid.

"Why do we withdraw it because there is a priority scale because the crime involves freedom, the crime is related to Nikita Mirzani, so we want to go there, 'Come on, let's focus here, civil even though he will not lose the problem'," he said.
