Judge Rejected Exception, Nikita Mirzani Legowo: It's OK

JAKARTA - Nikita Mirzani responded regarding the judge's decision regarding the rejection of the alleged threat and money laundering (TPPU) case which he had read at the previous trial at the South Jakarta District Court.

Casually, Nikita admitted that she already knew that the exception she submitted would be rejected so that she would not have a problem with this matter.

"Alhamdulillah, today's interim decision is good, because usually the interlocutory decision must be rejected, but that's okay," said Nikita Mirzani after the trial, Thursday, July 17.

The most important thing for Nikita is now that she must focus on attending the trial which will continue at the main court of the case and will present witnesses from Reza Gladys and herself.

"Next week, the main case will be the witnesses from the prosecutor and the witness from Niki," continued Nikita Mirzani.

Not forgetting to thank all parties who have helped him in undergoing trial in this case.

"Anyway, I want to thank the prosecutors, the judge too, Niki has followed the process well, it's just a matter of waiting for next week," added Nikita Mirzani.

Previously, Nikita Mirzani's attorney, Fahmi Bachmid, said that the 10 exceptions read out from a total of 11 exceptions by his party at the previous trial were rejected by the panel of judges.

So that the trial of cases of alleged threats and money laundering (TPPU) reported by Reza Gladys continues to the main court of the case.

"What is clear is that the panel of judges stated that of the 11 exceptions we submitted, 10 had entered the main case and had to be proven in the process of examining witnesses and evidence, so that our exception was rejected," said Fahmi Bachmid, Nikita Mirzani's attorney at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday, July 17.

In the main trial, the judge will examine the evidence and also the witnesses who will be presented.

"This means that in the main trial the case is a trial to examine evidence, examine witnesses," said Fahmi.

"So from 11, 10 everything is included in the main case, so the trial is continued for the witness examination process and evidence at the next trial next Thursday," he continued.
