One Step, One Thousand Concerns: Collaboration Ajang Lari With The Social Foundation

BINUSIAN RUN 2025 (DOK.BINUS)

JAKARTA More than two thousand participants enlivened the running event which is an inspirational collaboration between higher education and social foundations. It is held as part of an effort to build education that has an impact outside the classroom.

Stephen Wahyudi Santoso, BSE, MSIST, CBDMP, as President of BINUS Higher Education & Professional Services, said that this event is a forum for growing a healthy lifestyle while strengthening social and environmental awareness in the community.

This running event is not just a sport. This is a joint movement to liven up empathy and real action in society. We want education to be more than just a curriculum by providing an experience that touches the heart and forms character," he said at the BINUSIAN FUN RUN 2025 event which took place lively at GOR BINUS @Alam Sutera.

He added that this activity is proof that meaningful education not only educates the mind, but also forms a soul that cares about others and the environment. This activity is expected to be the beginning of more collaborative initiatives that inspire and bring positive changes to the wider community.

BINUSIAN FUN RUN 2025 presents two categories: 5K Fun Run and 2K Fun Walk. The 2K route is specifically designed for the elderly, people with disabilities, and children. Meanwhile, the general public can participate in the 5K FunRun category.

BINUSIAN FUN RUN 2025 which took place lively at GOR BINUS @Alam Sutera. This activity is an inspiring collaboration between BINUS University, the BINUS Alumni Association (IKA BINUS), the Sayap Ibu Foundation, and the Tri Asih Foundation. Carrying the spirit of togetherness, this event becomes a forum for fostering a healthy lifestyle while strengthening social and environmental awareness in the BINUSIAN community.

The 5K Fun Run category route is longer and challenging because participants have to run until finish. However, they still emit laughter and joy along the way. Then, at the point of the 5K Fun Run and 2K Fun Walk routes to each other, the participants were seen chatting with each other and motivating each other in the midst of the diversity of age groups.
