Four Times Entangled In Drug Cases, Fariz RM: I Made A Mistake

JAKARTA - The trial of the drug abuse case that ensnared musician Fariz RM was held at the South Jakarta District Court.

On this occasion, Fariz RM expressed his regret because this count was the fourth time he had fallen in the same case hole.

Fariz said that he made a mistake in this incident because he thought he was just an ordinary human being.

"Realizing yes, but I am an ordinary human being. I am an ordinary person who cannot be separated from mistakes. The mistake must be in life. I am not a perfect human being," said Fariz RM at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday, June 19.

Therefore, Fariz RM left all decisions and legal processes to God and tried to be sincere with all the results.

"In this case, what I believe is that Allah knows, Maha knows what happened, so we just follow everything until the end," said Fariz RM.

Furthermore, the singer of the Sakura song expressed his gratitude to all parties, including his wife and children who are still loyal to support him.

"I thank all parties who are legal, especially my family who always believe in me, my son, my wife, my mother," said Fariz RM.

"God willing, I just pray that while I am in detention, I just hope that they are all in good condition," he continued.

Finally, Fariz handed over the handling of this case to the panel of judges and God.

"I surrender myself to God because I believe God's will is definitely the best will," said Fariz RM.

Previously, Fariz RM was officially named a suspect in the alleged drug abuse case by the South Jakarta Metro Police. This determination was announced after the police managed to secure two people related to the case.

"From yesterday, what is clear is that the South Jakarta Metro Police have arrested two people who are now suspects," said Nurma Dewi at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday, February 19.

Nurma Dewi also revealed the identities of the two suspects who are currently in legal proceedings.

"Then the identity of the one who has now become a suspect, yesterday it was secured and then now he is a suspect, namely the initials ADK, 46 years later FRM (Fariz RM), 66 years old," he continued.
